Rental Procedures for Clear Water Harbor:

Deposit Policy
|
|
A $200.00 deposit to be deducted from the final bill due within 2 weeks of booking.
An additional $200.00 is due 30 days before date of event. If your reception is cancelled,
your deposits will not be refunded, unless Clear Water Harbor rebooks a comparable
function on that date.
|
|
Payment Procedures
|
|
One hundred percent of the estimated balance is due three days prior to the party date.
All other charges incurred the night of the reception must be paid in full the date of
the reception. The following policies also apply to all parties booked at Clear
Water Harbor.

|
Due to fluctuations of prices, Clear Water Harbor cannot guarantee prices
until 60 days before the function. |
|
The attendance of functions must be definitely specified 72 hours in
advance. This number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction
and charges will be made accordingly. |
|
An 18% service charge is applied to all food and beverage sales charged
to your account. The service charge is taxable by law and a 5.5% state sales tax
will be added to your account automatically. |
|
$10.00 per hour per bartender starting one hour before your party
and working until one hour after. (Minimum of 2 bartenders) |
|
There is a cleaning fee of $100.00 |
|
All charges must be paid in full upon completion of your scheduled event, unless
credit arrangements have been made with Clear Water Harbor in advance. |
|
Security
|
|
$10.00 per hour charge for security during reception times. |
Food and Beverage Policies
|
|
There is a $600 bar minimum. This includes all liquor, bottled beer,
juice and soda. If your group does not meet this minimum you are responsible for
the difference. |
|
$165.00 for a domestic barrel of beer. This is in addition to the
$600.00 bar minimum. |
The sale and service of alcoholic beverages are regulated by the Wisconsin
State Liquor commission. As a licensee, Clear Water Harbor is responsible for the
administration of these regulations. Therefore, it is our policy that liquor cannot
be brought into Clear Water Harbor from outside sources. [Wisconsin statute 125.32(6)].

Alcoholic beverages will be dispensed by a licensed bartender at all functions.
Everyone consuming alcoholic beverages must be of legal age.
|
According to Wisconsin Administrative code (DH & SS, Section 196.07), no food
may be allowed in Clear Water Harbor from outside sources, with the exception of wedding
favors (i.e. nuts or candies) and the wedding cake.
For liability reasons, leftover food cannot be off the premises.
