Prices are for boat charters. Any food, beverages, tax and gratuity are additional. Please click here for the current Food & Beverage prices.

Each additional hour: $100.00 plus tax depending on charter time, Captain's discretion and availability.
Your use of the boat starts at the reserved time. Boarding may begin about 5 minutes prior when possible.
Deposit required: A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 1 weeks of booking to guarantee the reservation. We accept cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard. Deposits go toward final bill.
Parking is in Lot #2, directly across the street or in Lot #3, two blocks east, NOT Lot #1. These are the designated parking areas for those on charters. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Boat Capacity
Chief Waupaca Maximum Capacity: Dining Capacity:	90 people, enclosed cabin and open-air upper deck(weather permitting) 60 people, enclosed cabin seating
Lady of the Lakes Maximum Capacity: Dining Capacity:	70 people, enclosed cabin and open-air front/rear decks(weather permitting) 28 people, enclosed cabin seating 24 people, open-air front and rear decks(weather permitting) 52 Total

Gratuity to Boat Captain is discretionary.
All food and beverage orders should be placed at least 3 weeks before departure date.

Guidelines for Private Charters:
Electrical power is DC. Generator use is $20.00 plus tax.
All live entertainment must be in enclosed cabins.

Both boats have a CD Player for complimentary use through the Captain. You may bring your own CDs, or you may choose from our selection.

If you carry on your own food and/or beverages, you are responsible for containers, plates, napkins, utensils, ice, cups, etc. There is a dining set-up service charge of $50.00 plus tax when bringing your own food. ALL CATERED FOOD MUST GO THROUGH CLEAR WATER HARBOR!

If decorating for special events, please use painter's tape (blue masking tape) ONLY. Duct tape, scotch tape or staples are NOT permitted. Confetti, confetti like products, and crepe paper are prohibited. Ballons, flowers, bells, etc. are fine and can be fastened with ribbon or string.

If additional time is required for set-up or decorating, please reserve your charter times accordingly. Boarding begins about 5 minutes before the reserved time.
Parking for guests on private charters is directly across the street from Clear Water Harbor.
